  • Mandatory pre-requisites to claim Refund
  1. As per our return policy we request you to send the product preferably through speed post in a saleable condition. Also request you to send the AWB number and courier name on marketing@saifkart.com for faster processing of your complaint. Please ensure that the product is returned with the tags, original packaging, invoice, in an undamaged condition to our address.
  2. saifkart doesn't facilitate reverse pickup of your product therefore we encourage you to return your product within 10 days of registering the complaint.

     NOTE: Incase we don't receive your product within 10 days your refund/replacement request would be cancelled

  • Under what conditions Refunds will be provided?

           In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a refund of money,excluding shipping charges.

  1. We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
  2. There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.
  3. The merchandise got damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement.
  4. You have 10 days (from the delivery date ) to make up your mind and intimate us that you wish to claim for a refund as per saifkart's return policy.
  • What is saifkart's Returns policy?

          saifkart 's 10 Day Returns Policy

  1. Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a refund of paid price deducting shipping charges if any. We mean what we say! All you need to do is contact us within a period of 10 days, from the delivered date. However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition.
  2. In case of return of product Reverse shipping charges will not be beared by saifkart.
  3. Please note that ""saifkart's 10 Day Returns Policy"" does not apply to any intimate product.  Also, for any non returnable/non refundable product the same will be mentioned in the product details page.
  4. Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking of partners product.
  5. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

  • Are there certain categories of products which are non-returnable?
  1. Any intimate product  are non returnable and non refundable. Also, for any non returnable/non refundable product the same will be mentioned in the product details page.
  • Can I return a part of my order?
  1. Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it. However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.
  • How long will the refund process take?
  1. For refund eligible products - Once the returned item is received at our store, it undergoes a Quality Check. Typically the refund process is initiated within 2 days of Quality Check 
    Expected refund resolution timeline is 14-21 days post Quality Check.
