At present the company is offering free delivery which would be subject to review.

8.Cash on delivery

At present the company is not offering any Cash on Delivery option.

9.Privilige / Promotional Voucher

Privilige, promotional voucher is person specific, they cannot be transferred or used by person not authorized to use them. Promotional offer would be for specific event. saifkart has right not to have privilege discount on some product. The privilege discount would be for the time pre-determined in privilege card and some may be withdrawn at anytime at discretion of the company even before the expiry of privilege period. The privileges are conferred on sales purchase activity of privilege holder and the same could be withdraw if current sales purchase does not meet up the target set. The right to confer privilege is with saifkart which also has right to withdraw them.

10. Delivery

saifkart. makes an effort to deliver the product within period of 3 to 4 week from the day of close of event, sale, offering depending on shipping location. saifkart works with different types of suppliers, manufacturers, agregater, importer and delivery time to customer is dependent on receipt of delivery by saifkart, there could also be some processing and shipping time by our logistic department, also factor delay in delivery through logistic partner, transporter strike, bandh or strike at originating and final delivery destination. Our contract starts at dispatch of product and each delivery will be construed as separate delivery.

11. Non-Delivery

saifkart would not be liable to any tangible, intangible loss, damage, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity or any other loss due to non-delivery of goods due to circumstances beyond its control including not limited to 1) non availability of the product 2) non delivery by the concerned supplier, manufacturer, importer 3) rejection by our quality control department 4) non adherence to quality, features, performances and product expectation as per claim made by third party vendor during our review process. 5) error in pricing, inaccuracy in product information or in event of any circumstances not mentioned herein above.

12.Pricing

Although it is our endevour to give best value for money. saifkart.com does not guarantee that the price offered is lowest price in that market, geography, other website, store or location, pricing of the product. The product sold would on price which would be lower than maximum retail price as per label in the product. Although all product would be sold at price less than maximum retail price that does not mean that it would be lowest price in market and price determination would be at discretion of saifkart and would adhere to rules and regulation of packaged Commodities Act.

14. Cancellation Policy : 

   i. Order of products that are returnable can be cancelled anytime before the shipment is made from vendor's end.

   ii. Once shipped the refund policy will apply.

15. Fraudlent / Declined Transaction

saifkart.com, its associates, service provider, financial partner reserve the right to receiver loss due to fraudulent transaction. saifkart reserves the right to initiate legal proceeding, recover loss, damages, loss to reputation, lawyer fees and other charge incurred due to fraudulent act of the user.
